I came across an interesting essay contest today. A web site called www.socialsecurity-disability.org is sponsoring an essay contest for children in Grades 2 – 6. “To participate, students in grades two through six can write an essay, no longer than 500 words, describing how someone with a disability has inspired them.” The deadline is October 31, 2012.
